HUMMERRS provides a 3-year limited warranty for functional defects on our gardening tools, home storage products, and outdoor living essentials. Within the valid warranty period, our customer support team is always ready to assist you with any product issues and provide professional solutions in a timely manner.
Most HUMMERRS home and garden products are customized or specially configured for personal household use. Therefore, all items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under normal circumstances. Returns, exchanges, or remakes are only available for products with confirmed quality defects, shipping damage, or our production errors.

Free Repair & Replacement Coverage

We offer free repair, replacement, or complimentary re-delivery for products that meet the following valid warranty conditions:
  • Defective materials, faulty craftsmanship, or functional failure under normal household use.
  • Persistent product malfunctions that cannot be resolved after following our official troubleshooting guidance.
  • Product errors caused by our production team, including incorrect specifications, wrong configurations, or inconsistent details compared with your original order.
  • Severe damage, breakage, or missing parts caused during shipping and delivery.
If you receive incorrect, defective, or damaged goods, please take clear photos of the product condition, outer packaging, and shipping label, then contact our support team within 30 days after delivery to file a valid claim.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not apply, and HUMMERRS shall not be held responsible for the following situations:
  • Normal wear and tear, daily aging, or minor scratches caused by regular use.
  • Product damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, overuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification.
  • Man-made damage, intentional destruction, vandalism, or improper storage.
  • Damage caused by incompatible accessories, third-party parts, or non-official modifications.
  • Damages caused by uncontrollable environmental factors and force majeure, including fire, lightning strike, flood, storm, earthquake, and other natural disasters.

Order Changes, Cancellations & Refund Rules

HUMMERRS focuses on customized and semi-customized home & garden products tailored for household use. Once production and material preparation start, finished products cannot be resold. Please confirm your order information carefully before checkout.
We support free order modification and cancellation within 24 hours after order placement.
  • Orders canceled within the 24-hour valid period will receive a full refund via your original payment method.
  • Once the 24-hour window expires, production, material allocation, and packaging processes will be initiated. No cancellation, refund, or credit service will be provided beyond this time frame.

Order Delay Statement

In occasional special cases, orders may be delayed due to material shortages, logistics suspension, factory scheduling adjustment, holidays, or other objective factors beyond our control. We will actively monitor order progress and notify customers promptly once any confirmed delay occurs.

HUMMERRS reserves the right to review and reject any order for reasonable business and compliance reasons.
